This selection showcases complex single origin coffees with moderate intensity and good balance of acidity, sweetness and bitterness. Guatemala - Golden Flakes of Jumay by Deluxe Coffeeworks delights with dark cocoa, orange zest & hints of roasted almonds. Sul de Minas by Volcano Coffee Works surprises with sweet notes of caramel, tangy notes of dried apricots and fresh lychee, over a base of honeyed nougat & almonds. This coffee is grown by Filho family who bought the Fazenda Genoveva farm in Brazil's prominent coffee growing region Mantiqueira De Minas over 30 years ago and reserve some 30% of their land for environmental conservation.
